Diablo 4 Item Upgrades
Item upgrades are upgrade elements that can be put into weapons, armor and trinkets to provide an additional benefit. They are usually more expensive and require the item is of a certain rank.
Items with very high requirements generally don't see much value in being upgraded. This is especially the case for items like the eth Titans, which do not have a lot of variation.
Glyphs
After reaching level 50 the action-RPG of Blizzard changes from its simplified campaign to the final game. The game's mechanics start to change, as players are pushed into the Paragon Board leveling system, Nightmare Dungeons, and new grinds to ensure that their character's building is as strong as it can be.
Glyphs play a crucial role in this progression. Glyphs' stat attributes and affect radius on the Paragon Board are boosted by increasing their upgrade level. There are several methods to gain these upgrades however the most popular is by raiding Faction Crypts.
Glyphs allows you to add symbols to your text. You can choose from the menu on the left of the screen. The Glyphs panel shows glyphs based on the font in which your cursor is currently located. You can change the font or style, and narrow the list to just include punctuation symbols using the option under Entire Font. You can view the CID/GID value and Unicode value of any glyph by moving the cursor.
Once you've inserted a few glyphs after which the Glyphs panel will keep the track of the last 35 distinct ones you've used and make them available under the category of Recently Used on the first row of the panel (you need to expand the panel to see all 35). You can also remove them from this list by right-clicking, or Control-clicking, a symbol in the list and choosing Remove From Recent Glyphs.
The Glyphs Panel also lets you to create a custom set of glyphs, which is useful if frequently need to type certain text types. This will save you from needing to manually insert each glyph every time you require it.
A custom glyph set can contain up to 31 glyphs that include both the base name and its suffix. The base name must include uppercase English alphabetic letters (A-Z) and lowercase English alphabetic letters (a-z), European numbers (0-9), underscore (_) and other glyphs. The suffix can include ligatures, or contextual alternates. These are special versions that combine two or more letters into a single glyph.
Reroll Tokens
Upgrades are the principal mechanics that give an additional benefit to items, such stats. They come in types: rerolls, level up and recycle. Each type comes with a distinct bonus for the item.
Reroll Tokens are used to change the item's base stats and upgrade numbers. They can also be used to reroll substats for rings. This can be beneficial if an item's fully upgraded (or "potential") power is less than the player would like, or if the item's current substats aren't ideal.

Each blueprint is branded with a distinct icon, with each type of upgradeable items displaying different icons:
Choosing a franchise card from the Blueprint Desk will allow you to acquire certain appliances or ingredients that are required for some recipes. Some Appliances and Ingredients are considered to be staples, which means that they are not available at the Shop or through a reroll, while others have a higher likelihood of appearing if a certain Franchise Card is selected from the Blueprint Desk. This is known as the Staple Pool, and the items that are in it will remain in the pool for the duration of the run. When purchased from the Blueprint Desk, non-staple equipment is also transferred to the Seed Pool.
Recycled Items
The magic happens when you use the third "R," recycling. You can help the environment by recycling a product that is made of recycled material. This is because the majority of items that are recycled go back to the original manufacturer to be remanufactured to create a new product. This is referred to as "closing the loop of recycling."
When a person puts something in their recycling bin at the curb the item is sent to a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) where it is separated and divided into its various components. Then, it gets offered to manufacturers who can re-make the product. Items that are often made into new products are:
This process reduces the necessity to harvest, grow or extract raw materials to make something else.
